LOU RASPA has been selling real estate in Perths southern suburbs since 1989 and has held numerous senior roles in the industry. With a Diploma in Property (Real Estate), Lou is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a Real Estate triennial License. He is also regarded as one of the best real estate Auctioneers in WA having conducted hundreds of auctions for private individuals, major banks and the State Government of Western Australia.

Lou is also the author of the book "How To Quickly & Easily Sell Your Home For Top Dollar" which the past President of the Real Estate Institute of Australia described as a "must read" for every home seller.
Over the last past 20 years Lou has been employed in a few different roles in the real estate industry, including State Manager of Raine & Horne (WA), Business Development manager for LJ Hooker (WA) as well as owning and operating his own real estate office. He now has returned to what he loves doing best and what hes best at... selling houses. Lous hobbies include travel, music and photography. His favourite sports are AFL, soccer and rugby.
